IPC has them as Hounslow Enforcement Ltd (Trading As Parking Control 24/7) so have they no website when you Google?

All parking firms are proper* dodgy!

*I love it when people use the word 'proper' like that. My niece does, as she was dragged up in Burnley. Makes me laugh when she says things are 'proper' this and that.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

  • Thank you for assisting me in it. found their address.

I am now compiling SAR email for them and one for thier solicitor, I will get it verified with you here.

I picked up this habbit from university and after 13 years on i still sometimes use the word *proper* :) those were fun days.
  • Right, i got the SAR letter ready, Please take a look if this looks okay ?

I haven't acknowledge the claim yet, So i log in on government gateway site and select the AOS ?
YOU cannot log in on YOUR Government Gateway account, it has to be your Dad. Of course you can help him with it but it must be HIS account. Along with the court claim there should be log-in details and password to make sure you/your Dad are filling in the right one.
  • Le_Kirk, Good point, i'll make sure that,

Please also look at my SAR request, Does it look okay ?

You can only ask for photos of you/your car. You should supply a copy of your V5C (log book) to prove you have the right to the data.
  • I don't have the car anymore it was sold last year .. in fact it was sold before i even got the ticket, At one point i was confident that this is probably the new owner and not us ..
  • Any suggestions ?

It is 6th of September, it has come from County court business centre in Northampton.
With a Claim Issue Date of 6th September, you have until Wednesday 25th September to do the Acknowledgement of Service. If possible, do not do the AoS before 11th September, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it. To do the AoS, follow the guidance offered in a Dropbox file linked from post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread. About ten minutes work - no thinking required.

Having done the AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 9th October 2019 to file your Defence.

That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute.

When you are happy with the content, your Defence could be filed via email as suggested here:
      Print your Defence.
    1. Sign it and date it.
    2. Scan the signed document back in and save it as a pdf.
    3. Send that pdf as an email attachment to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk
    4. Just put the claim number and the word Defence in the email title, and in the body of the email something like 'Please find my Defence attached'.
    5. Log into MCOL after a few days to see if the Claim is marked "defence received". If not chase the CCBC until it is.
    6. Do not be surprised to receive an early copy of the Claimant's Directions Questionnaire, they are just trying to keep you under pressure.
    7. Wait for your DQ from the CCBC, or download one from the internet, and then re-read post #2 of the NEWBIES FAQ sticky thread to find out exactly what to do with it.
Of course everywhere I have said 'you' or 'yours', I mean the Defendant.
