First of all i hope and pray all the volunteers are safe and sound and in high spirits in COVID-19 situation,
So i have received an email from Gladstone solicitors with a notice of discontinuance, What do i do at this stage ?
Please advice, Shall i consider this that they have backed off ? and now they'd like to exit this situation ? and simply do nothing ? or do i need to inform court ?3 -

If you've received a NoD from Gs, then that's it - it's over. As you haven't been back to the forum since last December, have you been doing anything in the background which might have pushed Gs to discontinue, or has this come completely out of the blue?Just phone the court in a couple of days time to check they have had a simultaneous notification. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
