If the respondee has the final say whether they find the complaint resolved or not regardless of the complainants feedback to the contrary then this is the answer and I'll move on
Ultimately that is it, when dealing with a private company, unless they’re a member of a regulatory body or ombudsman. They have no duty to act reasonably. So unless you have suffered a form of loss which gives rise to an actionable action in the courts then they can decide how to deal with complaints.0 -

Pick your battles carefully, OP, this one's a waste of your time.0

Any suggestions what to do from here please?
Nab the email from the ceoemail site and complain to the top, if they won't help I don't think there is much you can do regarding Morrisons.

Pretty weird for a plain clothes person to out themselves by intercepting an alarm , obviously.0 -
Must be a bad area for security to axctually do anything.
Whenever ther alarm goes off for me (and yes it's everty couple of months, staff are really not good at disabling/removing tags), I pause and look around for 20 seconds. See nobody cares and keep on going.
But if they did want a look that is fair enough!0
