Denise , I got as far as parboiling the chips, cooling and spraying before I put them in the freezer. I open froze them and then put them in a bag. When ready to cook I put them on a mesh tray, sprayed again and then cooked them as usual from frozen. I do them for about 30 minutes, turning the tray round half way through. The timings vary as sometimes (like yesterday) I turn the oven down a bit for the last 20 minutes to cook the fish, tomatoes and mushrooms.

I expect you'll want to spend all day at the castle to make the most of your time pollyanna so unlikely to be in the town at lunchtime. It'll be more mse:money: to take your own food though. The website does say they do healthy options in the restaurants but keep away from the all you can eat pizza place.

Glad the stir fry went down well. You can sprinkle 5 spice on it to give more flavour with the soy sauce. My favourite stir fry sauce is honey, soy and lime juice but that's 2.5 syns.

    Hello T.T.D and welcome :D
    Do you follw the plan?

Pollyanna, we went Warwick Castle the other week, they have water fountains with filtered water so you can fill your bottles up, the car park is ages you have to walk, the food we saw was like hot dogs ,pasties, sausage rolls, chips and burgers, pasties were £7.50,sausage rolls £6. xx that's the only prices i can remember, i would rather starve than pay that for that:rotfl::rotfl:
We didn't realise how far you have to walk, so we had our food when we went back to the car as the plan was to walk back to eat , but once we had eaten and walked back would have been late
The falconry display is fantastic and the jousting , Have a fab day :D

  • Joedenise that's such good news, must be awful tiring hanging around a hospital week in week out, those tablets are giving you much more freedom. It's a shame everything revolves around money!! Well done on the loss :)
Bubbs..I can't stand looking at your currys without having some, they look sooooo good :) Please can I have the recipe?? I have been eating the same now pretty much day in day out and am beginning to fancy a change.
I only eat chicken and tuna other than that it's vegetarian. How do you make the syn free scotch eggs?
    Another similar day today:
    Breakfast, tangerine and an apple
Dinner, wholemeal roll (HEB) and lighter cheese 40g (HEA) thank you Joedenise :) with beetroot
Tea, rocket, cucumber, tomatoes, eggs, beetroot, chicken, bake potato and 4 syns of salad cream
Cup of tea x 2 and a milky coffee (HEA) and sugar 1 syn, and a chocolate oatie tonight.
Weight loss 6lb/16lb 10lb to go
I spend an insane amount of time wondering if I am doing it right, sometimes I remind myself that I am doing my best....and that is enough

Mayflower curry powder, b &m,farmfoods sell it, its 28g for 4 syns, i dry fry chicken and onions, make the sauce up, pour that in, add mushrooms and peas. Easy peasy:D
I make scotch eggs woth 5% pork mince, flavoured with garlic and paprika, but use hwa you want, then i roll them in dry couscous, some people say should be syned as its a tweak, i don't syn it, then spray with fry light and bake.
Or you can use LM red onion sausages, i dont like them like that though
