i had trouble with capital one cc before so doubtful ile get one of those again anytime soon
Why don't you just try the CapOne eligibility checker? It doesn't leave a 'hard' check on your credit file. Maybe you would fit their lending criteria...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

Yes its going to be one of them. Can i apply too all three or just one as they are the same brand. I had a look a tesco foundation card and asda cc and amazon cc for bad credit aswell. Anyone with any of these cards?
I still have to wait a year so i have until december0 -
I have an Aqua and an Amazon card. The Amazon card (NewDay) does not mention CCJs in its lending criteria and I assume you would not be eligible as they don't appear to target people with bad credit histories. I've also got a standard Tesco BT card, but you need a clean history for them. I don't have a Foundation or Asda cc...I work within the voluntary sector, supporting vulnerable people to rebuild their lives.

i read its called an amazon credit builder card for bad credit. Same with tesco foundation
I always get emails from ocean finance, also a credit card designed for bad credit. You ever applied to them?0 -
on the oceon website all it says is over 18 electorol roll and have some history of managing credit0

after digging further they are operated by capital one!
So many of these credit cards are owned by the bigger names!0 -
Quickest way of finding out is with an eligibility checker and a soft credit check. Even if you get as far as a hard credit check and get refused, it can't really hurt your credit rating relative to the 6 CCJ's on file.0

The Ocean cc is part of CapitalOne and you say you cannot apply to them due to an unresolved dispute. They do have an eligibility checker, so there would be no harm in checking. I've never opened an account with Ocean...after digging further they are operated by capital one!
