Hilarious!
Give it a try and come back to let us know how you get on :rotfl:0 -
The aggravating factors in the sentencing guidelines suggest it does.
Yes it may do for sentencing purposes. It has no bearing when considering a verdict. When I mentioned the "issue" I thought it would be clear that's what I meant. Obviously not.0 -

Wasn't the op about sentencing? Given they wanted to know about income.0 -
It was post #25 I was responding to which had nothing to do with the OP's particular problem at all. General discussion, that sort of thing. I went on to address the OP's specific question directly afterwards. I do hope that's OK.0

OP forgot about one thing: doing SAC eliminates points. Getting points means higher insurance for couple of years. So in the end, it might be cheaper to do the course and sacrifice a bit of personal time.0

It's a no brainer - you take the speed awareness course if it's offered. Can be taken anywhere in England (other than Dorset). No points, no fine, no increased insurance premium. Why make life hard for yourself?#2 Saving for Christmas 2024 - £1 a day challenge. £325 of £3660
