Hi there, yesterday i received a letter from county court, Northampton in respect of a fine from Civil Enforcement. The issue that I have experienced was: paid the £1 for parking of one hour or under. This was a newly installed machine in a car park i use regularly. I input my registration number and the coin slot opened…

Thank you very much Le-kirk, i did a search online but could not find a definitive explanation. I shall for now hold fire in contacting anyone and see what materialises over the next few weeks.
