As above , see post #10 on page 1 , stop rushing0

Right, i'll get it off this week then. Will check the procedure for sending off this afternoon, if i have any queries I'll check in with you but i cannot thank you enough for helping me with this.0

Yes, i know I have to the 2nd October, it's just my nature to get things sorted quickly - side effect of running a small business. Saying that, i'm going to make sure everything is in line before sending anything off, i appreciate you only get one chance.0

And that is exactly why I would wait for the SAR reply if it arrives this month , plus there is no reason to rush and there is only one chance to get it right , it's not a sprint , it's a marathon , so prepare well
End of this month if it were me emailing it to the CCBC0 -
Yes, will do Redx, I'll diarise that and see what comes through in the meantime from the SAR letter. I'll keep you updated of the progress. Thanks very much.0

When did you submit the SAR? You know that PPCs have 30 days to respond so you can make the calculation from the date of submission and that will give you a definitive "will I receive the response in time or not?"0

I only emailed it late last week so i guess it will be a while yet. I was actually wondering whether to send a hard copy in the post of the letter today (with a copy of the claim form) to be on the safe side.0

If you are ready to file your Defence, why not follow the guidance offered in post #10 above?
That's now three times you have been told that - see post #41 above.0 -
Keith, I sincerely apologise i have just checked back on your post (10) and re-read this information. I was a while ago and i should have refreshed my memory of the past instructions.
Right, i'll get on and do that today. Thank you, I appreciate that.0
