Quietening trickle vents

It's looking like it'd be £32 for Rockwoll so I'll look in the loft first and try and figure out what they've used there, I do like the sound of it though, it definitely sounds like it'd do the trick when you watch the video here

I chose white insulting tape which was wide enough to cover the hole and is hardly noticeable even where it is not completely covered by the vent. Almost anything could be used to fill the void.
