Having a bit of a 'clear the freezer out' mission before Christmas looms. I'm slowly discovering all the tubs of leftover chilli, keema and 'unknowns'. I'm pretty sure one tub is full of nectarine puree from the haul of fruit I got for 10p a few months back..........but it could also be pumpkin and red pepper soup from last Autumn........
Know the feeling...I've promised DF I will empty our freezer tomorrow, and make a list of whats in there....certainly some cheese from an M&S assortment we were given last Christmas! Think it will be cheese souffles, roasted veg with brie / camembert, raclette and brocolli & stilton soup for the next few weeks....along with bread sauce - we have the world's largest stock of fresh breadcrumbs! Plus home-made pasta - DF's latest toy is a pasta maker from Boots 75% off sale - and he makes more than we can eat, so bungs it into the freezer!
Sun shining in Blackpool, but very cold...icy patches on walk to work today.
Have a good day & happy birthday to Ste (hope his pressie arrives!)

Well, I think I'm officially now not 'with it' as these are being sold by NEXT and as I've never seen a 'Over 85's' section in the catalogue I can only guess this style is now 'in' and 'cool'
as there are a few variations available

Make them tartan and stick a pom pom and on and my Nanna would wear these!"Stay Wonky":D

Mornin' all.
I am going into town in a minute to buy a new chair for my computer desk. DH broke mine the other day and it is all wobbly and loose and hurting my back. Given that I spend so much time sat on it I need a decent one, lol  . So I'm off to Argos for this:
