Ive just been on the phone to BG:

2 April 2019 an estimated meter reading of 30302
5 July 2019 they read the meter 32966
    So 2664 kwh used!!

Ive just read the meter which is 33403
So 437kwh over the past 2 months.

You cannot deduce anything about consumption from the estimated reading of the 2 April. The meter might have actually been showing 32000 that day. Nobody knows. When was the previous actual read?

Before you read the meter today when was the last time you read the meter ?

If you put garbage readings into comparison site you will get garbage forecasts out.

Do get into the habit of reading your own meters and checking your bills.

PS All your reads are on your bills which are online - there's no need to ring BG
Download those bills now and find some ACTUAL readings about 12 months apart
Never pay on an estimated bill. Always read and understand your bill

    Thanks.
Im trying to get access to my GNE account so that I can see the meter readings I submitted with them but when I login I get "...We are experiencing technical issues..." message. Its been like this for a week now. :(

OK, Ive just found a meter reading which I had emailed to GNE. (This was about an unrelated issue. Looking back at the issues Ive had with them they really have been an awful company to deal with!!!). My email was dated 15 Apr 2019 and stated the reading that day was 32183.7.

So Ive used 1219.5kw/h since 15 Apr 2019.

You don't take very good records do you so what figures do you use which you switch ?

1220 kwh over 4.5 months = 3250 kwh but this is summer so I suggest 4000 kwh for a year is realistic.

This is my consumption as post #10 - GNE in my part of the world is more expensive. (I'm actually with Flow - at under £700)

Take the £30. Do your own comparison and start a completely fresh switch and move on.
