Shiply not refunding deposit

    We do just need some details to help verify that the transportation did not go ahead and you are indeed eligible for a refund.

    So you deliberately didn't engage with them ... and you wonder why a refund is taking time? 🙄
  • Do you believe with all the information contributed in this forum by all users, that a refund from Shiply is a matter of time?
    And for how long would you think that I should play it nice?

    One month? Three months? A year? Forever? 

    I do not intend to be a pen pal with Shiply I just want my money back.

    In case you missed my message:

    '' I have been (engaging) with the company for over a month now and its the first time someone did reach out here.

    But the only reason was to get sympathy from people like you instead of giving my money back.
     
    I will eventually get my refund from my bank since Shiply has admitted that I am eligible for a refund and not getting one.

     My patience has run out and I am notin the mood of sweet talking anyone to get my money back even if that seems as I am shooting myself in the foot.

    People need to know about Shiply's tactics.

    Now you've lost whatever respect anyone may have had ... as soon as a poster accuses another forum member for working for "the company" (this applies for any thread) then that poster has lost the argument.
  • What about an apology and a refund?
    Or what about stating officially that Shiply never ever returns deposits for jobs that don't take place. Maybe its part of their business model. Or THE business model.
