We have a news update at last the housing assosiation have finally got off their rear - there iisueing him a final intent to evict notice after new yr, hes got a 1st court hearing 9 days after this letter, apparently myself and the other witness dont need to attend, then from there apparently it gets adjorned for all the papers to go throu and then its 7/14/21/28days later depends on the judge and whether the neighbour has legal representation and then we go along to that hearing.

The assosiation are goung for eviction, but we have been warned that the judge may find in favour of the neighbour staying, but issue an ASBO with a wack of terms and conditions, if he breached them its back to court.

Were still averaging 5 to 20 complaints a week to the housing assosiation.

    So fingers crossed. x

  • Do the council have to rehome these losers somewhere else once theyve been evicted or are they on their own?

Basically as he is now a single man in his 40s, he could end up in a homeless hostel.

If he does get evicted (were all wishing for) someone down the line will have to takeresponsibility for him, but wontbe the houseing assosiation that dealt with him

  • Similar thing happened to some monsters who lived near me. They were housing benefit recipients who were put in a private block of predominantly elderly people (and me!) who defrauded us by setting up credit accounts in our names, defrauded the Council and Govt of tax and benefit fraud and who done a bunk when the Police started coming looking for them and they decided to leave one night.

The guy ended up in a homeless hostel (and yes I did laugh when I hear that) but this served only push him to the top of the emergency housing list. He now gets a nice 2 bedroomed £200K house in a decent part of Edinburgh courtesy of housing benefit from the same authorities he defrauded!

All I can say is that the relief when they leave is immeasurable. We can safely walk about our own block knowing that we will not have to face either of those two drugged monsters when we go out, we no longer face vandalism and destruction of our property, and my neighbours can have their grandkids over knowing that they are safe and no under threat from the horrors we had to suffer for a year while we unravelled their crimes against us.

I hope you get peace and quiet - those monsterous !!!!!!!!! leaving my stair has been one of the best things that has happened to us and the difference in the quality of our lives was apparent the second they left.
Almost debt-free, but certainly even with the Banks!
  • I really hope that, if there's any justice, these noisy people are forced to live next to people even more selfish than they are, & people so big that they're too scared to approach them or annoy them back. When I moved & was finally away from my noisy neighbour, it was weeks before I could get used to not coming home to or being kept awake by her music, not having to live with doors banged so hard they shook the building etc - I couldn't relax at all because I'd been so tense for so long. These people either don't know or don't care about how much of your peace of mind they destroy. :(
