Utterly baffling - AFAIR there were no personal details of anyone posted in it, so why MSE Towers would pull it beggars belief. 🙄Jenni x3

Hi everyone, sorry for the late reply.First of all i would like to thank everyone for all of the help and advice, especially @Coupon-mad i really appreciate everything you have helped me with i couldn't have done this with out the help and support, a big thank you.To summarise, i have been away becuase the claimant had used some of the posts within a forum for their claim and i became very paranoid and decided not to comment untill its over. This has been a very stressful and lengthy case where i have had to make complaints to the courts due to delays. These complaint were regarding the n225 form i filled and the delays in dealing with it and contact centre miscommunications. There were 2 final orders, initially a decision was made to strike claim because the claimant did not pay the hearing fee and counterclaim awarded to defendant. I then waited 21 days due to appeal period (i didn't post as i didn't wabt the claimant using anything against me)Another order was sent to say that the court made a mistake and that the hearing fee was paid. The order stated that the claim be struck out because it was not compliant to the POFA act and the Counterclaim award still stands as there was no defence to the Counterclaim.Long story short defendant won the case and counterclaim awarded. Thank you all fir the support and @Coupon-mad i could not have done this without you, thanks a million!!If there is anything i can help with please send me a message because i think that would send me an email notification. But i am back online now anyway.
@Eminowa i have confidence in saying that it's likely yiu will win your case if the claimant knew who the driver was and still went to court proceedings. Reassure your partner6 -

Well done @Nosy, has the PPC actually paid the counterclaim amount to you, by the date ordered by the Judge? Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The best help anyone can give at the moment is to contribute to the government consultation on parking charges.

@Nosy I am so happy you won. I also did win my case through the help on here. Now I am vex now, bed is my wife has refused to carry with the counterclaim, bcos the court were saying it's just a defence she submitted after we filed a defence n a counterclaim like you did, same way.
Our claim has been transferred to our local court, but we still waiting to hear from the court. I guess it's too late to pay for a counterclaim now even when our defence contained a counterclaim. Am so Sad now. But am happy you won. Pls try contributing to the government consultation on parking charges3 -
