When you do rewrite your WS, do not refer to the court appearance as a trial - it is a hearing.2

Spoke to the court and they said the deadline for documentation which i wish to rely on is 4pm today. Couldn't complete it last night but hopefully get it done by 3pm. Alot more than expected0

You can keep the case law (transcripts) out of it and submit that a week before the hearing attached to a skeleton argument about the applicable laws. That might make it easier, just put in what you have for now!
But you do need a WS that deals with the counterclaim reasoning and tells the Judge everything, and supports your defence already filed.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Anyone have an example of a Skelton argument? And links to those case transcripts?

I found two. For a Skelton argument, am i supposed to just copy and paste these to a MS Word doc and link to WS?
