Unfortunately it is often the case that people are happy to take any advice going but seem to be reluctant to offer any feedback on whether that advice or guidance turned out to be useful or not.Eminowa said:

i have been showing my wife this trend, becos its similar to her case. now she is losing hope. lol. but I will continue to push her. even if we lose, she won't pay up to the amount the parking company are asking from her now0

CM commented on my thread to say nosy had won, I was waiting but seen nothing official about it. I was also interested in densta47 case and had recently contributed to that thread but now that seems to have disappeared!1

I was also interested in densta47 case and had recently contributed to that thread but now that seems to have disappeared!The thread was removed by MSE Towers - obviously someone must have complained about it (reason unknown), but a new one was posted a week or so ago, but all the detailed background information is no longer viewable.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
