I’ve heard...but let’s just say the OP wanted to be sure 21 days had passed first, if you get my drift!
I don't understand. I was interested in this case, as it is similar to my wife's case. it would be nice if he was able to give us an update after all our help on here.

Unfortunately it is often the case that people are happy to take any advice going but seem to be reluctant to offer any feedback on whether that advice or guidance turned out to be useful or not.

    C'est la vie.

Reading Coupon-mad's earlier post, I would guess that the OP won the court case but was waiting the 21 days to see if the Claimant appealed.

Those 21 days were up weeks ago.
I don't know what is stopping @Nosy updating this thread.

CM commented on my thread to say nosy had won, I was waiting but seen nothing official about it. I was also interested in densta47 case and had recently contributed to that thread but now that seems to have disappeared!

The thread was removed by MSE Towers - obviously someone must have complained about it (reason unknown), but a new one was posted a week or so ago, but all the detailed background information is no longer viewable.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes I had recently come across that new thread but now when I try to view it says I don't have permission.

Oh dear, I wasn't aware of that. Really baffling!
