    You don't need a template to make a drop hands offer - it is almost written for you by @Redx. If that is not good enough try Auntie Google.

    Didn’t think it will be that simple. I assumed I needed some additional words like were confident we will win and seek costs based on my points highlighted but if not. I’ll fire that reply off

    If you need some more words, there are templates available by asking Auntie Google but they seem long-winded when all you are doing is offering a settlement where each party walks away and agrees to cover their own costs.
