Plevin rule perhaps? As stated, it says on this very site "Just having had PPI means you were mis-sold and are likely due a payout" If you can get some money back off the banks etc then why the hell not? It's better in our pockets than theirs.
And yes Brettcta "Because free money, DUH" - Precisely that!
But alas, I really don't want to de-rail this thread any more than I have.0 -

I wish that wasn’t a thing but there’s *so many* of themhelpful tips
it's spelt d-e-f-i-n-i-t-e-l-y
there - 'in or at that place'
their - 'owned by them'
they're - 'they are'
it's bought not brought (i just bought my chicken a suit from that new shop for £6.34)0 -

Doesn't apply...I had PPI and am not due one penny back. In that case what this very site says about likely being due a payout is wrong.0 -

Why doesn't it apply? was the commission less then 50% then?0 -

Do realise that the MSE article makes no mention of the many exceptions/exclusions to Plevin for the sake of brevity. The article was written with the express intention of not discouraging those wishing to complain about PPI/Plevin.
No free money for you I fear...0 -

This is exactly what I was on about, Stop making assumptions!, I'm not intending on trying Plevin for my case, I'm asking about foxtrotoscar not being able to use Plevin for his/her case!0 -
