Just an update to say that I recieved an email from Aldi customer services yesterday to say they have contacted Parking Eye and the Parking Charge has been dropped! :j

Thank you all for your help! :T

Well done! Seems to me that more people are taking the landowner complaint route seriously and getting results. Replying both to congratulate you and to bump this up for anyone in a similar situation to (hopefully) read.

The more landowners are dragged into the reality of the situation (not what the spiel from the 'suit' who signed them up, promised about 'free' and 'trouble free' enforcement), the more they start to realise that there's no such thing as a 'free lunch'.

With enough pressure they will soon get sufficiently pyssed off with the situation they've been suckered into, to reconsider their relationship with the PPC, and asking the question, 'Exactly who are the PPC actually representing here?' 'Why am I having to put up with this !!!!!!?'

As well as getting individual PCNs cancelled, hopefully the aggregated pressure could result in a much greater strategic return.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
