Remove all identifying information from your most recent post - your name, your vehicle registration number, the PCN number(s).
The parking companies trawl this forum just waiting for people to trip themselves up and can try and use your posts against you.
Having now seen your name, you would be wise to get your forum username changed to something much more anonymous.
To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:Q. How can I change my username?
A. In most circumstances, this is not permitted.
The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.
If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.0 -
Done!

you need to attach proof of patronage, not just say you 'can'.I can also obtain proof that we were using your store during this timeframe.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, so how would I do this?
Use CCTV of us using the Aldi store during this time?
Bank statement as proof we purchased goods?
I do not have the reciept you see....0 -
I have emailed both Aldi customer services & also the CEO (gmd.cs@aldi.co.uk) for a request to cancel the parking charge with no reply as of yet.
Shall I also appeal to PE? ...
If so on what grounds?
Thank you0 -
Well you did say...GeorgeH1984 wrote: »Ok, so how would I do this?
By actually getting the proof that you say you can get.I can also obtain proof that we were using your store during this timeframe.
A redacted bank statement is a step in the right direction - as suggested in post #5 above.0 -
Not yet, as that restricts your time to get it cancelled by Aldi. You have 28 days to appeal, so if you are not near that time then no rush.Shall I also appeal to PE? ...
Of course show Aldi a bank statement, like everyone does for these cases. this is covered on every supermarket thread you care to read, plus the SUCCESSFUL COMPLAINTS ABOUT PPCS thread, linked for you to read how to do this, in the NEWBIES thread.
This really is nothing new and should have been cancelled already!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
