BWLegal will read this forum so they will decide.
Given what you say and given that their claim adds fake amounts contrary to POFA2012, the courts own double recovery and the statement from the Supreme court
Not much going for BWLegal, risking another spanking in court0 -
ok, thanks all. Plenty of material to be getting on with. I'll guess now I need to draft the Defence document in preparation. I'll post the draft on here prior to submission for feedback and will keep this thread updated.

Just a quick one hopefully.
If the decision was to take me to court for this, what are the timeframes and how quickly could they set a court date?
I'm stalling a bit as have 2 of the PCNs effectively expiring on the 3rd and 4th January 2020 (if the 6 year rule is effective).
Is there a strategy I could use to delay so I can at least get those 2 PCNs written off?0 -
6 months is not unlikely. You will have seen that, by reading other threads.
They dont need to have the hearing before the expiry, by the way. They just need to initiate proceedings before that point. They can issue a claim, literally today.0
