They are not "fines" and you wouldn't get up to £1300 for "a couple" of invoices.

These bullying Muppets are sending out some creative letters at the moment with ridiculous claims and statements.
  • From memory, I was on holiday one of the times my car was left in the car park without the permit displayed unfortunately and recieved multiple tickets. However I am requesting full details of when the tickets were issued.
  • Does anyone have an email address for Premier Park Ltd? I cannot see this on their privacy or contact us page. If there is no open email I'll mail the SAR in the post. Thanks

  • Yes, thanks for this. I can see it now! Saves a stamp....
  • From memory I believe the signage in the car park was clear
    Highly unlikely.
am wondering if this is worth pursuing if they have a water tight case?
You are joking, aren't you? Watertight my a**e. Their case will be as flimsy as it comes.
From memory, I was on holiday one of the times my car was left in the car park without the permit displayed unfortunately and recieved multiple tickets.
Does the signage allow them to charge "per day" like this? Unlikely.

The dates could be very important. This "times out" after 6 years.

OP, if you have based your forum username on your real name you are best advised to get it changed to something much more anonymous.

To help with that, you might like to read this short extract from The MSE Forum Guide - Frequently Asked Questions & Rules:
    Q. How can I change my username?

    A.
In most circumstances, this is not permitted.

The only reason we will change your username is if it puts your privacy at risk. This usually means you've inadvertently registered using your name, email address or something that gives away your identity within your username.

If you fall into this category, email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com and request that it is changed, giving three alternative usernames in order of preference.
  • All great points. All this I need to find out
