And no, my username is not my real name, but thanks for your post0

Yes you do, especially as you are a newbie here and to the topic, whereas the regulars have been advising on this since the pair of aardvarks went up the ramp on the ark, lolKenny_Powers wrote: »All good points and I'll have to find out.0 -
Right, SAR emailed to Premier Park to get all the details, have called the Management Company for a copy of the lease where I was renting, but they instructed I need to contact the landlord at the time, so hopefully he still resides at the same address. I also have the option of paying Land Registry for the privilege. I'll post again on here when I have new information. But in the meantime, thanks for the help and enjoy your long weekends.0

It costs notmuch, and with £1300 on the line I would pay.0

Premier Park DPO has acknowledged and confirmed theg have 30 days to send me the information I requested, so will update when I have in hand.
I have a copy of the lease. I will input the Car parking paragraphs below and would welcome your feedback. I will include everything I see referencing the car park.
The car park:
Second Schedule ( The Rights)
The right to use (on a first come first serve basis) one car parking space in the car park for the purpose of parking a private motor vehicle, with the right to pass and repass with such vehicle over the vehicular ways affording access to the car park (its acknowledged by the Tenant that there are fewer car parking spaces available on the estate than there are units, and availability of s space is not guaranteed).
Car Parking Space:
Not to use said space for any other purpose of parking a road worthy motor vehicle and displaying a current tax disc
There is also a section under 'Estate Services' that says they will maintain the car park and barriers, gates or security device associated with the operation and security of the car park. Also states they provide and maintain security and surveillance equipment for the Retained Parts excluding the building and car park.
So, I couldn't see a mention of s parking permit, but there may be some other clause that circumvents this, but I am not a specialist.
Please let me know what you think? Thanks0 -
In addition there is nothing mentioned regards parking permits on the tennancy agreement I signed when I was renting the property. Would be good to get your thoughts on this and the details from the lease I posted above. I'll confirm the details of ths PCNs I requested using thd SAR when I have them. Thanks0
-
Well there is an unfettered right to park a vehicle there
Is there a clause allowing them ito intro regulations?0 -
I'm not clear on 'Intro Regulations', where would I look for this clause, would this be in the lease? If so, which section might this be contained within the lease?0
-
A clause allowing htem to introduce new regulations over common areas, such as parking.
Yes it would be in the lease
I cant tell you, I suggest reading and looking for anything where the freeholder grants themselves the right to add regulations /. rules / etc in0
