Please help I would really appreciate it. Received a ticket for leaving site on ravenside retail park Chesterfield. I appealed and told them registered keeper wasnt driving and wouldn't be providing details. They also had no proof just photos of the car. They also made no efforts to mitigate losses. Askes them for evidence and to define boundary ect ect but They turned down appeal with a standard template and just said appeal to IAS. No popla code given as requested. I'm now on my last day to pay of the 'extended period'. Even considering payment just to make this go away but I'm a single mum, a student and in the 6 weeks holidays I just dont have the money. Please help! Xx

What do you mean by "standard template", did you find it here? There are several knocking about. Some are good and some woeful so it would help to know what you sent.0

Everyone is asked to read up on this in the newbies FAQ thread near the top of the forum before starting a new thread
Go there now to get an understanding of the game you are now caught up in and how to deal with this
You will see there the futility of appeals to IPC companies and the IAS
You now ignore everything except a lbcca or court correspondence
If it comes to that then come back at that time for advice on how to deal with a Court claim
They have 6 years to start legal proceedings against you0 -
Hi waamo, I mean their standard template. Its like they haven't even read my appeal x0

Yes I read that post and it looks very helpful but a bit overwhelming with so much info. I get very anxious about things so even the thought of the threats already fill me with worry x0

What's a lbcca? X0

It's a Letter Before Claim. Acronyms are in post 5 of the Newbies thread.0

It was my understanding they have to provide a popla code but nothing supplied. So I've failed my appeal, and basically dont bother appealing further just ignore til it escelates? X0

The thought of court proceedings is very worrying to me as I'm sure it is with others. X0

They aren't in the BPA so you won't get a POPLA code. All you can do now is wait. At this stage there is little to be gained by doing anything. Costs are fixed so it's best to see what they do next.0

None of them ever do!
You'll just need to sit this out and see if they issue any court proceedings. But a 'leaving the site' case is one big uphill struggle for a parking company. I know of no case that has been taken as far a court hearing (the forum doesn't have exhaustive knowledge of every case under the sun, but I'm sure we'd soon know about a 'leaving the site' case) and I'd be amazed if UKCPS took a punt on this one.
If you haven't already done so, go to the UKCPS 'Pay my PCN' portal (or whatever they call it) as if you're going to pay the charge. There you should have access to every photo they have of the incident. If there are no targeted photo(s) of any person, they're on a complete non-starter; if they do have such, they're still miles from the starting line! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
