Couponmad. I have amended number 36 to Newport County Court. I have printed off the Judgement order for this case from one of the threads but can't find it any more. It says In the Country Court at Manchester and then goes on to say Before District Judge Grand sitting at the Country Court at Newport... Shall I post the Judgment for you to see? 

Here is amended para 36.

36. In the Newport County Court in Case number E8GF1V7V (UK Car Park Management v Esplanade Ltd) on 24th November 2018, District Judge Grand stated ‘The claim is struck out as abuse of process. Reasons: The claim contains a substantial charge additional to the parking charge which is the alleged the Defendant contracted to pay. The additional charge is not recoverable under the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 Schedule 4 nor with reference to the judgement in Parking Eye v Beavis. It is an abuse of process for the Claimant to issue a knowingly inflated claim for an additional sum which it is not entitled to recover. ‘  See

DJ Grand doesn't work at Newport either.
CM told you where he worked.

He does - Newport IOW.  But the OP simply needs to Southampton judgment in Britannia v Crosby!

So sorry I'm not sure if I understand this correctly. I do not include DJ Grand judgment but instead I include judgment in Britannia v Crosby.

I already said, we don't need to see it...

...and that I put all this about UKCPM in the NEWBIES thread to stop people telling us about the BPA rectangle logo...(please spare us).  I won't post about this non-issue again, we got too bogged down in it before and it is pointless.  You obviously need to talk about the IPD CoP in your WS, not the BPA.

You only have to search the NEWBIES thread (control & f) for UKCPM to read where this is covered.
