 Clearly with no thought whatsoever, assuming this is not some bored teenager who should be 'elpin' wi't 'aaarrrrrvest... Or improving their English, whatever nationality they are.

 rent in arrears = 6k
 whatever the tenant can claim = x??
 so in the end it's 6k-x..
 £200 per day for illegal eviction. so that's £24,000
 + special / exemplary damages.
 The council will prosecute too, so that'll be another £x,000 and a criminal record. + obviously joint enterprise if your heavies commit offences0

 I rent in the past, always been a good tenant, hard for me to image those disgraceful people. I play by the book, see what I have got myself into?
 for those asked why become a landlord? what can i say? i'm rich enough to be able to afford at least 2 properties? so bite me!
 It is sick that people here mocking me for my lack of experience and treat disgusting behaviour of tenant normal and expected.0
