The Marcus instant access account is the best and most efficient account I have used in over 30 years!
I had a problem a few weeks back and phoned Marcus, fantastic courteous service.
Many UK financial institutions could take a big lesson from Marcus.0 -

I have experience of ten to fifteen banks over 45 years and the best and most efficient are those with which I have never had any problems.
Nevertheless, I am very impressed with Marcus and their telephone service is excellent.

Ive been using it since it launched. Delivers as promised. Withdrawals and deposits are same day and often within minutes0

I should have made that clearer, the problem was with me, not Marcus, and they were superb in rectifying my error.0

Exactly my experience.
In the last 30 years, nothing has come close. Very easy to set up and use. Money leaves/arrives into my Marcus account nearly instantaneously. Feels secure. Website clearly explains account features. All this with a market leading rate and easy to renew bonus. No other institution is in the same league.0 -
I have used the "renew bonus" feature twice now.
Has anyone found out if there is a limit on the number of times this can be done ?0 -

There will always be a market leading rate.0 -
What would really stand out is if they gave customers advance notice of any rate reductions and allowed them to renew for 12 months.0
