Well you could just not ask for a certificate. It's probably not going to do much good anyway.

It's probably neither here nor there. Letting a debt go all the way to a CCJ in the first place is what's going to do the damage.

First of all, there is no need for name calling. Second all of i have explained everything clearly and not witheld any informaton

It is attachment of earnings against the pension, i just forgot the actual name. Well it is possible because that is exactly what has happened. I dont know how they done it becuase the website does say they are not allowed to take it if you are unemployed. Its all veery strange and complex. Either way its paid of now.

It doesnt give any information how to handle this as normally i would contact the lender to get this settled and finished. There is no more lender and the pension will not stop payment until the court or lender say so. Im not sure how to contact the court to get this resolved

that will my first port of call on monday. I wanted to contact the company first, now i have some details of their admin. I could not find anything before.

    All such a mess
  • It’s not a mess.

Again you’ve been given plenty of advice above but keep ignoring it or finding excuses to not do it.

This seems to be a revolving pattern in all your posts.

Just an update, ive called my local county court and emailed them numerous times without reply.

Each time ive called them ive been put on hold for 1 and half hours then disconnected. This is unbelievable service, ive googled the reviews and everyone says the same. They cannot get through to these people. ITs all the same, one and half hours or hold time then automatic disconnect

Disgusting behaviour from a county court

It’s always someone else’s fault with you isn’t it.

Also, why are you making this call? In your first post, you mentioned this was for a family member? Was this family member with you when you call? If not, even if they had picked up the phone they wouldn’t have been able to help you anyway.

Also... have you definitely confirmed that you are calling the right place? I ask this because unless you live in Northampton, the case is not probably dealt with by your local county court. The overwhelming majority of financial related ccjs are issued by Northampton County Court Business Centre. I’ve never spent more than 20 minutes on hold with them regardless of the time of day I’ve called.

Double check your family members credit file for exact details of where the CCJ has been issued.
