    Can I say I'm amazed how the team here keep on top of all the requests and info! I was away for a few days and my post is several pages deep! BRAVO!


    I don't understand any of their reply, It just seems to be ignoring any concerns about disability in my email.


    Does anyone have any advice as to where to go next?


    I'm guessing I reply again and ask them to re-consider, or do we just get our defense ready for court?

    Quite clearly you need to be concentrating on producing a winning Defence.

    Three weeks ago you knew the date when your Defence must be filed, yet we still haven't seen any sign of your draft.

    Remember, post #19 above told you...
    ...you have until 4pm on Monday 16th September 2019 to file your Defence.
    That's a little over one week left.
