Use all the appeal points available to you from post 3 of the NEWBIES.

Put the lack of valid contract as the first part of point 1. Quote the relevant part of the BPA CoP that says the PPC must have landowner authority, then show how the contract fails to do this.
Stress the point that for a contract to be valid in law, it must meet the requirements of the Companies Act 2006. Then explain how it does not.

For the two PCNs that were too late for keeper liability to apply, put that as point 2, showing how they failed PoFA.

Next point in all cases should probably be Inadequate Signage, especially if you can show disabled signs cannot be seen from the spot where the car was parked, and how this fails the BPA CoP.
