NOW broadband new contract

We signed up on July 21st with NOW. The date for installation was going to be Wednesday 14th August. (Our virgin broadband ends on 17th). My husband has booked time off work. We have just had a text that they will not update us until 19th. Very bad service, do we have any rights to cancel??

Line is installed but because we are a few days ahead of schedule on the switch over, the phone can be used but no one can ring in.

Broadband kit being sent out on the 16th and we go live on 19th

Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!
