Just a quick message to close this thread down.
I won my appeal on all 4 grounds and offered reinstatement however in the meantime found a better job and decided not to return due to mistrust issues.
Union have negotiated a deal including back pay, compensation a good reference and a letter to my old team to advise I was exonerated. Good result all round!!
For anyone who was doubting me, doubting my story over the last 3 month I have proved I was right on all accounts and very happy with the result!!
