DFS sofa - bought over phone - too big - what will my options be?

Ordered a lovely sofa over the phone, on finance, came today and will no way fit through the door to the lounge. Can’t be taken apart because of the style. So. What will my options be tomorrow when the case manager calls? I THINK my worst case scenario is I will need to pay 20% of the cost to cancel my contract and them…
