For 3 years I’ve been trying to make a claim with Thomson when my flight was delayed for 21 hours, it was group booking & at the time we were told to make individual claims, Thomsom Agreed that compensation was due they asked for address details etc, but had nothing since, started to escalate my claim but now they have turned around & said that the lead party booker has to make the claim now, is this info correct???
