CPW lost the Vodafone dealership a year ago. Voda decided to partner with 4U.

There is talk about CPW being able to offer Voda contracts in the future though.....

The interest regarding this topic is that P2UD cannot have been bought out by cpw if their voda and 3 deals now redirect you to separate other companies websites who are nothing to do with cpw.

They are using a affiliate schemes with CPW (Vanilla or E2Save) and for Voda (Dextra)

It does look like P2U may be a casualty soon though.

A least they are not taking on new orders themselves.

Tried all the p2ud phone numbers and no response (even sales). Any thoughts on how we could get any more info?
    I think....

You could ring one of the companies who now get their traffic and pose as a customer and ask how come their order page comes through when you are wanting to get a p2ud deal.

Or be patient - no doubt this will all unravel in the wash!
  • I wonder if anyone here can help me. I foolishly took out a 12 month free contract with these bunch of cowboys last december. I am now overdue 2 cashback claims, all paperwork sent correctly. I issued a claim against them 6 weeks ago for the overdue amount on the 1st claim, they filed an acknowledgement of service and then no further defence. So i have since entered a judgement and they are still ignoring it! Is it worth the £55 to enforce it now-i am told by the courts that this does not guarantee my money? Will they be forced to pay by the courts? Now my second cashback claim is also overdue and i dont know if i should continue to go down this route if they can just ignore judgements!
    please help

They can ignore judgements, but the bailiffs can enforce the judgement IF they have any money/goods to seize.

But just as embarking on a county court action is a risk (as if you win and the defendant has no money you are actually the loser), so paying for the bailiff is a risk (if a firm is going to the wall they may have many other warrants waiting to be satisfied before yours is dealt with), and once a firm goes bust then you've had it!
  • Just wondered whether there was any updates about the cashback on mobile phone deals?
