Click back from here until you are on front page of forum and there you will see a cunningly crafted button marked New Thread, it is blue but you will not/may not be able to see it if viewing the forum on a mobile.
As the poster is new to the forum they will only have access via the (relatively new, awful) blue skin, in which case, it's a red button, still cunningly marked 'New Thread'.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I forgot about the new skin (as I refuse to use it) and will in future be able to tell people to look for a red or blue (or invisible if on a mobile) button.:oAs the poster is new to the forum they will only have access via the (relatively new, awful) blue skin, in which case, it's a red button, still cunningly marked 'New Thread'.

Read this paragraph from Fruitcake's post again... especially the last sentence...
So do I copy/paste the Paragraph 8 and mention at the end that I have not received NTK?
Also, can I say that they *may* not have permission to raise parking signs or it is not valid? The council will reply in 10 working days and I don't have time.
Still nobody has told me how to make use of the photos from their website, should they be on the PCN? Can I still mention them and what point should I use?
Last, is it possible that POPLA ask them to send me a NTK and then I can show that it is not valid? I don't understand how it would work given that they still have time to send the NTK. Will POPLA re-ask me if I have received it by the deadline (and after my POPLA appeal) ?0 -
popla is an adjudication service , they wont ask anyone for anything
the system is
you appeal to popla with the code and your appeal pdf , the claimant supplies their evidence pack after reading your appeal , you are given 7 days to rebut the evidence pack , popla make a decision based on all of the submissions
at no point can you ask them to do anything else , nor can the claimant0
