I'm sorry you didn't like my answer. Please let me try again.

Shall I upload their photos to POPLA and point that out?
    No, do not do that.

Have a look at how others have created fully illustrated PoPLA appeals.

One way of doing that might be to study in depth - not just 'read briefly' - those example PoPLA appeals that are linked from post #3 of the NEWBIES thread.

There are of course other ways of finding winning PoPLA appeal examples - there is another sticky thread dedicated to them - the thread entitled PoPLA decisions.

You'll need to look that up for yourself, using the local bylaws.

I am not sure how you consider this to be helpful.

Where do I look it up and what do I loop up?

I asked the council for the railway bylaws but I am not sure what will be in there that I can use. I also think this is something nationwide, not local.

I read here the railway bylaws and I do not see what can be used:

I will but just got a reply from the council and they said they believe that the property is not own by National Rail, so there is no way I can use the railway bylaws, right?

Correct, if it's private property then bylaws do not apply

As you were told earlier, the Land Registry could confirm this

If I have mentioned in my company appeal that I have paid in the past numerous times for parking at them, without disclosing any name, will that prevent me from winning a POPLA appeal?

They should look at the facts of this car only, in context of this one event

I composed this appeal. I refer to non-compliant photos they have taken but not to photos of a NTK as no NTK has been received yet (although they have time until 03 Sept).

Can you tell me please if that will be winning, after uploading the signage photos and the car photos they have taken (which are included in their website appeals section)?

Also, there was a payment on that day 4-5h later, would that be considered as a winning point?
