Non relevant land (railway byelaws) would be a winning PoPLA appeal point. We don't know if it is non-relevant land, so YOU need to find out for yourself.

Inadequate signage would be a PoPLA winning appeal point. (The signs you have shown us are inadequate.)

Grace periods might be a winning PoPLA appeal point. You know the times the scammers claim the vehicle was parked so You can work out if this point is relevant.

No NTK or non-PoFA comlaint NTK would be a winning PoPLA appeal point.

You still haven't clarified this point.
In part of your appeal and posts you say there was no NTK, yet in another part of your appeal you say there was one.

How the hell do you expect us to help you if you can't give us the relevant information.

It would be much easier if you posted your draft appeal here in a single post on this thread, and deleted the link to your appeal on another website.

Learn the difference between a NTD and NTK.

Please, please read the PoFA and understand whether para 8 or para 9 applies, and use whichever part is relevant and explain how the scammers have failed to comply with the relevant part.

You can't appeal to PoPLA until you have made an initial appeal to the PPC, they have rejected it, and given you a PoPLA code.

Are you now saying you have received a NTD and are now at day 27 since it was received?

Good grief, what a wasted evening.

If the above in bold is the case, send the initial appeal template in blue text from post 1 of the NEWBIES. Send it unaltered from The Keeper just like the NEWBIES tells you.
Include the keeper's name and address.
Send it NOW, this evening by whatever method the PPC tells you to use.

How can I do that? I have no clue! One option is to ask the landlord. Another option is to just include it whether it is valid or not, I suppose won't do any harm? Is there a template for the Non Relevand Land that I can use?

They have photos of the car on their website and all the photos have timestamps of pretty much the same time. So they appear not to have evidence of the duration of the stay apart from what they mention in the NTD. Is that a winning point? Do I need to wait for the NTK and see what is presented there so that I can have better ground to appeal?

From googling it appears that NTD is a PCN on windscreen, is that correct?
This was found on the same day of the parking and now it is 27 days after that. An appeal to the parking company was made (just using my own words) and rejected and a POPLA code has been provided. They advised the only way forward is POPLA now.

Now, at post 26, we finally find out that a NTD was received, an appeal was made, rejected, and PoPLA code issued. When was this code received? You have 32 days from that date to submit a PoPLA appeal.

The POPLA code was provided on 25-Jul-19! I am afraid that 56 days from the date of the PCN will be in 3-Sept! And 32 days from the rejection of the appeal will be in 26-Aug! So I cannot wait for the NTK.

Unfortunately I appealed on the same day of the ticket and I received the rejection on 25-Jul-19. I did not disclose any driver details. So they have not sent anything to the keepers address yet.

They sent via email.
I don't know exactly what was sent as after submitting it, there is no way to view it again.

Another question I have, you said I can appeal to popla having only the PCN on the windscreen?

But many of the appeals points refer to the NTK which I don't have!

The company has photos of the car only at one time and not in two times to prove the duration. They also didn't include photos in the PCN on the windscreen.

How can I tailor the popla appeal points to reflect that?
