I do paay tax because i have a job anyway I received a letter saying that they are not longer offering their banking services due to a fraudulent transaction of 3,800£ so i have to bring my id with so they can settle my account.. and on the other page say that if this is not an option please call us to discuss the way we can return any of the fund which belongs to you
You may well have another job paying tax, but you can have more than one job and do have tompay tax on all your income. If this money was earned as tips you should be honest with the bank and say it is income. You will need to register as self employed (yes you can be employed and self employed at the same time) and show the bank that.
I suspect a lot of people will have a shock when they find out that this tips system is taxable, the nature of it creating a 'paper trail' a tax authority could quite easily unravel (well a half decent one anyway)May you find your sister soon Helli.

Could be possibly one of those people who gives money to get a reaction then reports it as fraudulent, but yes this is a strange thread.0

That doesn't answer question, though. In what context was this "video chat"? If it was a cam site, then are you registered as self employed to pay tax on *that* income, not just your regular job?0 -
If you withdrew any of the money from your Lloyds account into your Barclays account then it is possible that they will have discussed the transactions and "tipped" Barclays off that they may have laundered money going into their account. This coupled with a CIFAS submission by Lloyds will effectively close ALL of your bank and credit accounts at some point, it will just be a matter of time. This will also prevent you from opening any bank accounts other than a "basic" bank account with only a small number of banks or building societies. Essentially you'll be persona non grata.Do you guys think if they will close my lloyds account will affect my Barclays account too?
Which is up running I receive my salary income on it
Its that going to be safe?
The only way to avoid all of this is to go into a Lloyds branch and ask to speak to someone about the situation on your account. You need to take all evidence of the transactions, their purpose and defend your case. Trust me, I have been involved in a similar situation (not tipping but crypto currency trading which then led to false fraud claims being made against me) and I got a CIFAS marker added which I was able to get removed. It will be a struggle to turn this around though if there's any mal-practice on your part.0 -

Read my post above, namely this bit:Be prepared to receive a category 6 first party fraud CIFAS marker which means that if you have any other bank accounts, credit cards etc. be prepared for those companies to close your accounts with them too (if they run monthly checks with the CRAs)
So you better hope that Barclays don't run monthly feeds to the CRAs otherwise yes, your account will be closed, and you'll have to look into opening an account that charges for banking services such as below because if you tried to apply elsewhere, all your applications will come back rejected for the next 6 years.

Ah so the transaction was fraudulent according to the bankI do paay tax because i have a job anyway I received a letter saying that they are not longer offering their banking services due to a fraudulent transaction of 3,800£ so i have to bring my id with so they can settle my account.. and on the other page say that if this is not an option please call us to discuss the way we can return any of the fund which belongs to you
I would guess you are no where near telling us the whole story and are not as innocent as you pretend and I suspect that you sent it on to a third parties bank account less some commission and then the real owner of the money who had been duped into wrongly paying it into your bank account came calling.0
