    What relevance does a dispute with their builder have to the previous owner, especially if they're not even after money? The two things have literally nothing to do with each other, they might as well send a letter to the local butcher too.

    Maybe the buyers think they can crowd fund what their builder's insurance should cover. Whatever happened to personal responsibility?
