Anybody prepared to actually give some figures for compensation actually offered by ITI?  Seems a shame to wait all thosemonths for the FOS if they will do a deal now to conclude matters.

Two problems with my compensation offer bearing in mind I got Fifty quid when querying another organisations processes when they sent me someone's paperwork for a SIPP that detailed everything about the unrelated third party, it was derisory and my outstanding issues (multie) hadn't been resolved - a fact they swept under the carpet - and they couldn't even commit to a date for when my transfer out  (they mentioned one, I am awaiting two) may be processed - despite saying they were making it urgent.

Why accept derisory compensation now when I may have another three months of farce ahead of me?

adeadsett....for how many accounts?  For 1 account seems low.  for each account and u have 5 = £500 seeems OK

johnburman........that is for 2 accounts - ish (ITI turned it into about 6 accounts somehow, lol)

Compensation is a matter for you to assess if it is reasonable and fair. As @sweeter_strudel says why accept compensation now unless you are done and dusted.

Further insult from ITI that are not fit to do business and should be closed down.
