Has anyone had a CRM enquiry actually answered?
My assumption is that it was a box-ticking exercise by ITI middle-management to allow ITI top-management to issue assurances, to FCA or whoever, that a CRM system has been implemented so any problems in the communications between ITI & its clients are in the process of being resolved. Pretty much a repeat of the "we've had teething problems but we're working on resolving them".
I've listed all the CRM numbers out and aksed them for an update..I WILL repeat this weekly for a while.1 -
I have been working through my dividends and the ones missing are probably due to the fact that the shares are still held in certificate form. I have deduced this because the shares held electronically transferred to my new broker without delay and the shares still sitting in the Qort account are the ones for which I haven't yet received dividends. One would have thought that all shares are held electronically these days but Leonard Curtis obviously knew that SVS still had certificates and covered themselves. (See page 11 paragraph 5.2 and 5.4 of the Distribution Plan.)0

My son received 8 CRM numbers, all on separate emails over one day, haven't a clue what that was all about but will definitely follow up at 2 week point. Just sent 2 'final' emails to ITI for the 2 accounts which have not transferred over, if they don't pull their finger out this time then the County Court will enter the equation. Also contacted ShareSoc and received a prompt response which was a pleasant surprise. I was one of the lucky ones who finally managed to trade with iWeb today, the site was jammed of course, my first hit at the 'sell' button froze but second time round it worked and share price had gone up a few more 'ps' - obviously went up a bit further after but dropped back now so happy with my small profit.

have now got Mark Bentley at Sharesoc asking ITI about delays in transfers to Iweb6

I made another call to the FCA - just to provide them with an update on ITI Capital.
I believe that we should keep phoning the FCA to keep the complaint volumes up. 0800 111 6768.3 -
O documented everything for my FOS complaint on Sunday - screen shots of all the Qort tickets - with only one response to eleven items raised. IWwb letter asking me to try and stir ITI into action, ii catalogue of two months of requests for info met by ITI silence. Insecure Hoo You website, no track of dividends, late dividends, dealing via phone not being credited to my Qort, no access to Phoenix and when it was finally approved no shares to trade. And the icing on the cake ITI deciding to transfer out to a third party without my instruction and as yet no sign of that holding returned to my Qort.
And 3 months after initial onboarding I'm still stuck unable to trade via Phoenix and only one of three transfers out successdul.0
