SVS Securities - shut down?

Wow ITI have excelled themselves this morning! Apart from the website being "not secure" 1 of my 5 accounts looks correct (by ITI standards, i.e. I still cannot see any dividend history or trade my shares as Phoenix is still blank), 2 of my 5 accounts are now showing as doubled up (yes everything is worth twice the correct figure) and the other 2 are completely blank again with £0 cash and £0 shares again!.
What a mess!0 -
September beckons!0

since 27-aug-20 every thing wrongin one cash doubled up , in other two ISA accounts cash has disappeared completely , share holdings not correct .Nothing consistent , is this from a financial company !0

Bring back SVS, ITI Capital should have been the ones that were investigated. Financial company, more like a circus with clowns running the show. Lets see what happens in September but I'm not holding my breath!

Turned my continuing despair into action:
Trustpilot review left online.
Formal complaint emailed to ITI - cc-ing transfers and chris smith (ITI Ops) listing everything that one beer in hand helped come to mind.... the whole debacle from insecure websites, Phoenix x2 stuck in pending, incorrect nationality details, missing dividends, no response to transfer requests, utterly inept ITI communications matched by utterly inept inaction.
I anticipate three generic emails from the auto bot and absolute silence from any real human within ITI.
Off for another beer....0 -
Forgive me if this has been covered before.
Perhaps one of the financial savvy members of this group might run through the process and time scales for making a complaint to the FCA and / or the appropriate ombudsman concerning this debacle, and perhaps a short template.
Personally, with regard to cash withdrawals, I have applied and received two without a problem, but the third would seem to be totally ignored, despite two chasing mails.

Meuok,
I too achieved one cash withdrawal from a trading account probably toward the end of the first week of August - when it became clear the on-boarding was not going smoothly.
I suspect the ITI mail room is now full of sacks of unopened mail and the email account for electronic transfers similarly swamped with unread cash withdrawl requests.
Johnburnam and/or My2penneth (sorry can't recall who, or if both) have posted very useful information here regarding FCA and copied text they have sent / received. You have a lot of pages to read back through - I find the search function on this web page more miss than hit, otherwise I would suggest searching for "FCA.gov.uk" or whatever the bit after the @ is going to be.0 -
I'm taking screenshots of my accounts to have evidence of the jiggery pokery that is going on! I would suggest others do likewise such that ITI Capital cannot simply say it was a "one off ". This evidence will be submitted to the Financial Ombudsman.1
