Re pafpcg statement about the the role of the Creditors' Committee have any minutes of meetings been published testing the readiness of ITI Capital - I've had my fair share of ERP and WMS software implementations to know the importance of trials in test programmes, mistakes have been expensive especially when dealing with retailers surely their platform had been tested in a test environment first?

It's the Friday afternoon before the bank holiday and I see that both of my ITI Capital accounts on their own website as well as Phoenix have been emptied.  No transaction history, nothing.  Rang my broker iWeb in the hope that ITI has transferred the stocks and cash across from an request made on 30th July, but they replied they have not had any response to their Valuation request sent to ITI on 3rd August.  Now getting worried I tried to talk to someone at ITI, but they are not answering their phones so left have left messages.  Not a very good start to the Bank Holiday weekend.  :-(
If any consolation - all 4 of my our are now at zero.

    My accounts

The paperwork from iWeb has been sent twice (Aug4th) and lost twice apparently (the last time it was sent "signed for" 19th Aug).
My concern is that the close the accounts and send to iWeb even though the assets that were in Phoenix were incorrect (although correct in the on boarding platform). I've also been charged the full rate on 2 purchases despite asking and being assured that the 7.95 rate applied - no contract note supplied despite asking for one.

    Wife's accounts
I've been told that my wife's accounts are also in the process of  transfer to Interactive Investors and one of the account managers has been waiting for his internal emails to be answered (not just us that don't get answers).. Same story, asset missing /concerned that the incomplete holding might be transferred to Interactive Investors.

Fortunately I made pdf reports from all 4 accounts last night before the contents disappeared ..and of course, we have the details supplied by L.Curtis.

Just complained to the FOS online but wasn’t given a reference number.

also told Via email that due to convid 19 it could be a few weeks before a case handler gets in touch.
  • Hi
I rang Leonard Curtis on the SVS help line (0203 4574871) and the chap there mentioned that when LC met  ITI Capital last Wednesday, ITI told them that the IT problems with Phoenix will be sorted out by next week.  He suggested that I contact chris.smith@iticapital.com who is the Ops Manager which I have just done.  Will let you know if and when I get a response.  In the meantime, crossing fingers!

Just got through to ITI by phone spoke to a lady who stated many customers are having the same issue and its an IT issue and they will respond within 48 hours, well I'm not going to hold my breath and probably now not going to have a good weekend  that I was wished either !!! Top it off with recent redundancy and a need to have access to MY finances - dont they see the consequential effects of their failings ??  If I didn't have cash elsewhere I'd be right up the swanny!!
After more than 12 months this is the best they could do  unbelievable....

Just did my daily log-in to my 10 accounts and lo and behold all 10 accounts are now empty (£0 cash and £0 shares) on all 10 qort and all 10 phoenix accounts! So as we have no communication from ITI we can speculate either, FRAUD!, more computer systems updates or hoping for a miracle maybe the accounts have now all been transferred to HL as i requested nearly 4 weeks ago! Of course they are not communicating with HL so who knows what is going on, meanwhile nearly £1m has just gone missing again. Last night it did seem that the Vod dividends has been added to the cash balance but that is now gone as well.
