  • Hi
I rang Leonard Curtis on the SVS help line (0203 4574871) and the chap there mentioned that when LC met  ITI Capital last Wednesday, ITI told them that the IT problems with Phoenix will be sorted out by next week.  He suggested that I contact chris.smith@iticapital.com who is the Ops Manager which I have just done.  Will let you know if and when I get a response.  In the meantime, crossing fingers!

Just got through to ITI by phone spoke to a lady who stated many customers are having the same issue and its an IT issue and they will respond within 48 hours, well I'm not going to hold my breath and probably now not going to have a good weekend  that I was wished either !!! Top it off with recent redundancy and a need to have access to MY finances - dont they see the consequential effects of their failings ??  If I didn't have cash elsewhere I'd be right up the swanny!!
After more than 12 months this is the best they could do  unbelievable....

Just did my daily log-in to my 10 accounts and lo and behold all 10 accounts are now empty (£0 cash and £0 shares) on all 10 qort and all 10 phoenix accounts! So as we have no communication from ITI we can speculate either, FRAUD!, more computer systems updates or hoping for a miracle maybe the accounts have now all been transferred to HL as i requested nearly 4 weeks ago! Of course they are not communicating with HL so who knows what is going on, meanwhile nearly £1m has just gone missing again. Last night it did seem that the Vod dividends has been added to the cash balance but that is now gone as well.
    HELP!

My accounts say empty on the website, but when you click on that you get a list of the stocks with a positive and then negative version. I believe this is showing them leave my SC account and go into my PX account. I am still seeing the shares on the Phoenix platform.
There is no evidence of any information regarding dividends. I wouldn't know that the money credited was a VOD divi if i hadn't done the maths myself. A more recent BP divi (payed into my bank on the 14th from my paper certificated shares) does not appear to have been credited.
Although I am attempting to transfer my shares out, I will not be closing the account until I have done a full audit myself of all dividends that should have been payed (especially during this interim period)

My2P - I tried the report thing you suggested with no success.

I half believe that they are making it easier for us to transfer cash out to incentivise us to sell our positions through them which will at least bring in a few quid to cover the cost of handling us.
