Very busy morning!
Apart from the facts i highlighted earlier that my accounts are now blank and showing a value of £0 (nothing surprises me any more with ITI)!, i have now had a formal reply from a senior manager at the FCA confirming that they are reviewing ITI's conduct very closely now and suggesting that i complain directly to David Moss at ITI and the Financial Ombudsman, although they did give me an obsolete email address for David Moss which is not very confidence inspiring.0 -
As anyone written to their MP yet, after all this is tax payers monies that have been used and monopolising a Russian company? if they have a template be handy.0

I'm thinking a protest outside their building might be a consideration. It would need to be carefully planned such that the road didn't get blocked because then the press would get involved......0

MPs can assist their constituents in a variety of ways, from making private enquiries on your behalf, to raising matters publicly in the House of Commons.
First steps
Keeping the issue private, your MP might write to the relevant department or official, send a letter to the appropriate Minister or make a personal appointment to discuss the issue. These steps can often go a long way to providing a solution

My onboarding accounts have gone to zero this morning, whereas I had fairly accurate balances showing yesterday. Still nothing in the Phoenix accounts but taking it as a sign that something is happening. Ever hopeful...

As I posted here earlier today, worried about the non-arrival of a large amount of cash one week after a withdrawal request, I telephoned the ITI dealing desk this morning on the 8355 number (it's the only way I can actually get through to ITI). They requested I forward my cash withdrawal request to them and they would get the problem sorted. I have now had an email reply from Head of Dealing, Private Clients:
"I hope you are well and apologies for the issues you have had.
I have been assured by my back office that the money has been paid for value today, please check at the end of the day to see if it has arrived. Please let me know if that’s not the case.
I have also passed over your email to our compliance team to register your complaint.
Thank you and once again apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.".
I must say it feels good to get some kind of response from ITI and I feel fairly reassured now - but why has the money only been 'paid for value today' - one week later? What does 'for value' mean in this context? Anyway, let's see if it arrives now...

Gosh, this is a right saga for you guys, takes me back to my boker going belly up a long while ago but nothing like this
All of you must complain to the financial ombudsman, the more of you do it now the better as they will get a good idea what you are all going through and others that lack capacity or the will to complain.
It is your money/shares, you have waited long enough and ITI bidded for the business and it has been over a month since you should have had access to your money/etc.0 -
