Just noticed in my email that I had this msg at 4:00am. Not had this before.0 -
I have just sent off my complaint to the FCA, I am certainly not holding my breath that it will do any good. At the end of the complaint I also asked the question of the FCA as to why it is taking them so long to take any action against ITI.I look forward to my bland template answer.

I can log in.
1 ) Phoenix cash balance has value and Includes VOD
2)Forgot to say, I've got 4 times margin without even asking for it
Same here , just cash value , no stock. Cash value seems to include VOD and also € transferred by LC has been converted to £.
Yes it seems they are no longer updating Qort accounts and are probably concentrating on setting up PX accounts.
Does this mean will we have to send new transfer requests with PX account numbers instead of SC account numbers.
IWEB, we are transferring to have not received any response from ITIC for the requests sent.
what does 4 times margin mean?

****STOP PRESS****
Just logged into one of my many accounts again and either there is miraculous progress in the transfer away from ITI (very unlikely!) or the level of fraud has just notched up a gear (very likely!) as my dashboard and detailed valuations by account are all £0 and blank!!!
Anyone else in the same position?0 -
Just managed to sell shares that I was persuaded by SVS to buy with the dividend from a isa bond over the phone, polite chap answered straight away on 0203 889 8355 and was very helpful and efficient

@collin618 - also a question for you - Did you complain to the FSCS for the Svs persuaded shares ? They want documentary proof of this, which in my case I don't have.

@manted
Yes I bought a Corporate Bond via SVS that was recommended by an IFA that no longer trades a (Nick Henrys) I was told that this was a great place to invest an ISA with a 5.59% return over 5 years, after a view years maybe 3 a young chap called from SVS and said he could invest the interest, not really listening and having explained these were additional saving for retirement I was informed it was all safe, alas the shares have not been managed and worth half the value. Still no idea on the corporate bond and its value!0 -
***STOP PRESS***
Very busy morning!
Apart from the facts i highlighted earlier that my accounts are now blank and showing a value of £0 (nothing surprises me any more with ITI)!, i have now had a formal reply from a senior manager at the FCA confirming that they are reviewing ITI's conduct very closely now and suggesting that i complain directly to David Moss at ITI and the Financial Ombudsman, although they did give me an obsolete email address for David Moss which is not very confidence inspiring.0 -
To be fair, the SVS chap might have recommended investing in some so called blue chip companies such as Shell, BP, Imperial, WPP, HSBC ...few would have said they were " dodgy" but look how their share prices have fared over the last couple of years....UK dividend shares have been marmelised! And as for anything related to travel ( Easyjet, TUI) or Entertainment ( Pubs, hotels, food) they too have been hit!0
