just signed in and finally everything in my Qort account is correct. Tempted not just to sell all and buy back with new broker just so i can escape. Put in a transfer request week and about two weeks ago with Iweb, but reading other people's experiences on here I'm not expecting that to go through any time soon

What are the selling fees with this mob?

logged on - seeing Eight accounts now (balance still zero) .

The PX accounts have been duplicated - same numbers but different colour markers.

Looks like my VOD divi has been paid and a further dividend from Merchants IT (but at a rate of 6.7p rather than 6.8p per share for some reason)
When I last reported i could see the VOD and Merchants dividends...a few hours later...gone, back to this mornings values. I've got no idea what is going on!

Looking at my other account, I really don't understand the cash movements. The figures in Euro and US Dollars do not change but the Sterling figures do.  I noticed though, if I were to add up the Sterling values (grey cells) then the current balance is zero
(shown in the right hand column). Whether the values are correct ?

On my Non ISA account, the VOD dividend has disappeared and I'm left with just an incorrect Merchants divi where they seem to have used the old dividend value of 6.7p and not 6.8p (not a big difference but it was incorrect).  Once again, it looks like all the cash values are being zeroed off.

Of course, we have no way of checking OUR cash movements in OUR accounts...
  • Try logging on using the Phoenix Login portal. I can see shares and cash in one of my accounts!!

  • Had a quick look at my PX accounts - they appear INcorrect and ITI Capital are using old names for companies (example BIST for ADIG).

I appear to be shares missing!

This is a sort it out for yourself mess....

I can definitely say that another account I have just checked is incorrect - It is about £20k in error and missing several shares.
edit: just checked another - it is also incorrect - missing shares (and thus all values are way out).
No indication of accounts being ISAs or not.
edit : Just checked a third account and that is even more awry.
No point in going any further !!

    Summary
Account #1 : 3 holdings missing (i.e all holdings in  SLA, MERCHANTS and GBDV)
    Account #2 : 4 holdings missing
    Account #3 : 11 holdings missing (!)
Account #4 : no info available.
(Cash balance in wife's ISA has reduced from over £4k to £400)....

OMG what a mess ! Just logged on and one account showing 0.00 and another a negative value, I had Phoenix accounts and now I dont have Phoenix accounts I had over 1 k in dividend now vanished , surely the responsibility of L-C and the FCA to sort this mess out !!! Frustrating isn't the word!
  • I should add - my on boarding accounts show the correct shares in terms of what they are and qtys. When I log in to Phoenxi using the ititixxxx numbers it is as if they got half way through transferring the data and went for a tea break and then came back and forgot to carry on.

Now into the 4th week since my wife and I put in a withdrawl request for our cash from our joint account and so far nothing. Despite the promt action of our chosen broker to transfer our shares out we still have no access to them. I have put a review on trustpilot and sent a complaint to FCA, not sure if it will do any good but it made me feel better in what seems like a helples situation!

    My update is
Finally yesterday (27 Aug.) had confirmation email from ITI that my "onboarding was confirmed"
    Onboarding took place 7 Aug...
So now I guess my real problems are just about to begin!!
Still no response from FCA.... My first complaint sent to them 6 days ago and followed up by me 2 days ago.
    Good fortune to all...
