The message I'm getting from LC and ITI is that we might not be fully "Phoenix ready" until next week. I'd suggest writing this week off and come back next.

Danie6 said:Yesterday I got the first reply to my numerous emails. ITI wanted my account number at Interactive Brokers which makes me think they are working on the transfer. I wish them the best of luck and success with their effort and gave it to them. As for my ITI account it still shows "no data available" and I still cannot create a Phoenx. I have also submitted six cash transfer forms since 27 July 2020 with no results, which I now accept as normal. Otherwise I just continue praying. What else?1

This morning I received my 'consolidated dividend tax vouchers' for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 - pdf files via email - from 'SVS Settlements'.for my SVS non-ISA account with the following short email message:
"Now that your account has transferred to ITI Capital Limited, SVS Securities Plc will no longer be processing any Corporate Actions to your account. Accordingly, please find attached your tax certificates for the tax years 19/20 and 20/21 for account xxxxx."
At least it's a useful summary of all the dividends I had not bothered to keep abreast of during the whole SVS administration period. The most recent dividend payment on my 2020-2021 statement is dated 13 July.

It looks like ITI have removed the 2nd stage verification when login. You just enter id, password and you are in , not prompted to enter OTP.I seem to have received all expected dividends up to 07-aug-20 except VOD.0

Yes i have managed to get full 100% cash withdrawals out of all my 10 accounts into my bank account after filling in many forms and waiting more than a week. Also all 10 of my accounts are now in the process of being transferred to HL who are keeping me informed on progress unlike ITI who have not replied to a single email, phone call or message yet!Email from HL:
Your ISA transfer
Dear Mr XXX
Thank you for your transfer request. We'll contact your provider now to start your ISA transfer to HL.
Transferring can take a few weeks while we securely move your money. We'll send you an email as soon as everything is complete.Your HL Helpdesk Team

Yes ITI appear to have got rid of the OTP protocol, my cash balances are still showing as incorrect as they should all be £0 as i have withdrawn all of my cash, the VOD dividends are still missing and the Phoenix accounts are still not accessible. So i think that is a 0 out of 10 in terms of efficiency!0

shawdon tnx for that but your letter is FROM your NEW BROKEr, not ITI. What i, we all, want to know is what have ITI done since receiving that letter, if anything. And if nothing (which we all suspect) when will they be actioning it?
