I've taken cash out of a non ISA account and received funds into my bank. I don't see the difference between an isa account v non ISA.
See page 256
( I believe others have too!)
See "snipkin" page 249..a successful withdrawal reported.
Page 233 " researcher16" reports success1 -
Yes, and not just My2penneth above, for example see https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/comment/77491298/#Comment_77491298richNick said:Has ANYONE on this forum yet managed to extricate cash withdrawals from ITI Capital (from an Ex-SVS ISA account) and actually had the proceeds turn up on their bank account?

Yes I've taken cash out of an ISA account, it took about a week from emailing the withdrawal form. Might be worth sending a recent bank statement at the same time, the withdrawal form doesn't ask for one but I was emailed from ITI to provide one a couple of days after sending in the form.richNick said:Thanks to all here for useful pointers.I am very relieved to hear that it is possible to deal out of positions by phone. I intend to try that for myself tomorrow. Further reassuring to hear that the 'Dealer' was kind enough to email out a 'Withdrawal form'.But here is the (for me) £15,000 question: Has ANYONE on this forum yet managed to extricate cash withdrawals from ITI Capital (from an Ex-SVS ISA account) and actually had the proceeds turn up on their bank account? If anyone can give me a positive answer to that question they will have cured an old man of his insomnia! I have trawled several pages back on this forum and know some have applied for withdrawals but can find no mention of a successful outcome.1 -
Oh I see ...ha ha. But to be fair to them we did the deal. Yes it took 15 minutes of messing about manually, but a) I got through and b) we did the deal (I was told)0

Couldn't get a OTP last night about half ten. Checked my Spam as the last code ended up in there suddenly... Hence no ITI login.meuok said:Unable to log in to ITI.Same for everyone?
Could still login to Phoenix. Still pending approval two weeks from first setting up.0 -
