No he shouldn't. But I have a suspicion he may have a provisional one:

I have a suspicion that this is a dark matter. Whatever, a UK licence IS an EU one.

If he has UK licence as well any points/disqualification will be recorded against that. If he has no UK licence a "ghost licence" (i.e. a driving record) will be created against his details. Any disqualification means he cannot drive in the UK or Ireland (whatever licence(s) he may or may not hold).

Could this be the same situation as the irish police trying to catch the driver with a Polish licence issued to 'driver' and multiple speeding offences? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Swing and miss again. Speeders may or may not be traffic light jumpers, all we know is they are speeders. Although it is safe to assume they don't drive a almera.

Where's the ambler with excess speed?

The OP has 10 NIPs for speeding. Do you think he can resist the lure of the yellow beacon?
